Next up we got an inter-conference clash when Los Angeles FC will play host to the Red Bulls on Sunday. LAFC have been in hellish form all season and they don’t look like they are stopping any time soon. The Red Bulls have been in mediocre form lately but are coming off a win.

They even missed a penalty kick, while their first goal was actually an own goal by Toronto. The Red Bulls have now won three of their last five but have not had back to back wins since early June. They are sitting at the 4th spot of the Eastern Conference with 37 points, five behind the top spot. They have also been mediocre on the road so far (3-5-3). Los Angeles FC (16-3-4) are coming off yet another dominant performance, where they beat New England by 2-0 on the road. That was their third win in their last four matches, and also their first clean sheet since mid May. Even so, they are still leading the Western Conference with 52 points, already 14 ahead of Minnesota United. Their home ground has been a fortress so far (9-0-1), having scored 30 goals against just 10 conceded.
