Newcastle (11-12-10) played a really hard-fought match at home against West Ham, where they pulled back even twice to eventually force a 2-2 draw. They have been in great shape lately, losing only to Manchester City in their last eight matches in all competitions (4-1-3). Newcastle are sitting at the 12th spot of the league table with 43 points. They have been mediocre on the road so far (5-9-2) but have won each of their last three.
