Atlanta United (12-9-3) did a tremendous job in the US Open Cup semi-final against Orlando City, beating them by 2-0 on the road and moving on to the final. In their most recent MLS match they blasted the LA Galaxy by 0-3 at home and they have now won four of their last five (4-1-0). Atlanta United are 2nd in the Eastern Conference with 39 points, one ahead of New York City and three behind Philadelphia who have played one more match. Atlanta United have been great at home (9-1-3) and have kept clean sheets in each of their last four.
