Manchester City did great to bounce back from a tough loss against Newcastle, and destroyed Arsenal along the way. They will now look to make it two in a row in a tough venue, as they will be hosted by Everton on Wednesday. Everton met a heavy loss at home against Wolves and have been in really bad form lately.

Everton (9-10-6) were really unlucky in their home match against Wolves over the weekend, where they conceded an early penalty kick. They did pull even early but ended up conceding two more goals to eventually lose by 3-1. Everton have not been in the best of shapes lately, losing three of their last four. They are now sitting at the 9th spot of the league table with 33 points, 11 ahead of the relegation zone but also 15 behind the top five. Manchester City (19-4-2) had Aguero in stunning form in their home match against Arsenal, as the Argentinian striker scored a hattrick to destroy Arsenal by 1-3. City bounced right back from a shocking away loss against Newcastle the week before. They are still sitting at the 2nd spot of the league table with 59 points, three behind Liverpool and two ahead of Tottenham. Manchester City have been really good on the road so far (7-3-2) but have won just three of their last seven away matches in all competitions (3-3-1).
