The match of the weekend is definitely the one at London, where Arsenal will play host to Manchester City. Neither team is in very good shape overall lately, with Arsenal coming off a managerial change and City coming off a loss in the Manchester Derby.

Manchester City (10-4-2) are coming off a very frustrating 2-1 loss at home against city rivals Manchester United. They conceded two early goals and could only response once. They did bounce back with a win in the Champions League but it was just their second in their last five matches in all competitions (2-1-2). Manchester City are now sitting 3rd in the Premier League with 32 points, already 17 points behind Liverpool at the top. They have been solid on the road so far (5-2-1) but conceded in each of their last five.

Arsenal (5-4-7) are coming off a nice 3-1 away win over West Ham in the London Derby, in a match where they scored all three goals in a nine-minute span. Even so, that was their only win in their last 11 matches in all competitions (1-3-7) and they recently sacked their manager. The Gunners are now sitting at the 9th spot of the league table with 22 points, ten behind Manchester City. They have been quite hard to beat at home (3-1-4), but are win-less in five.
