Liverpool had a pretty comfortable evening in their away match against Burnley mid-week but will now have a trickier task on Saturday. They will be hosted by Bournemouth, a team that has not been very good lately but are coming off a win. It was a pretty anxious win though, but Bournemouth will look to kick-start their season once again.

Bournemouth (7-6-2) did not play a very good match at home against Huddersfield on Tuesday, where they really struggled to hold on to the lead and the three points. That was Bournemouth’s first win after five consecutive losses , with five of their last six matches have ended as either 1-2 or 2-1. Bournemouth are now sitting at the 7th spot of the Premier League with 23 points, just as many as Manchester United and Everton. They have been really hard to beat at home so far (4-2-2), where they also have three more wins for the Carabao Cup this season. Liverpool (12-0-3) made a rather numb start in the first half of their away match against Burnley, where neither team was very good. Their opponents actually took the lead at the start of the second half but Liverpool pulled even in matter of minutes and also overturned the lead shortly after. They went on to seal the deal with another goal at the stoppage time for the final 3-1. Liverpool have now won four of their last five matches in all competitions, and each of their last four for the Premier League. They are still sitting at the 2nd spot of the league table with 39 points, trailing Manchester City by two. Liverpool have been excellent on the road so far in the league (6-0-2), but they have lost all three away matches for the Champions League this season.
