Norwich still cannot escape from the depths of the Premier League but they will now have a chance for some points. They will play host to Leicester on Friday, who are coming off a four-match win-less streak and will also look for a way out of their slump.

Leicester (15-7-5) were quite solid defensively against Manchester City, and even though they lost at home, they lost by a slim 1-0. However, that was their third Premier League match without a win, and their fourth in a row in all competitions (0-2-2). Leicester are now sitting at the 3rd spot of the league table with 50 points, six ahead of Chelsea. They have been quite strong on the road so far (7-4-2), scoring 28 goals and conceding just 12.

Norwich (4-17-6) met a really tough 0-3 loss on the road against Wolves, in a match where they conceded two early goals and were never really able to recover. They have now won just one of their last five matches in all competitions, an FA Cup match against Burnley on the road. Norwich are still stuck at the bottom of the league table with 18 points, seven below the red line. They have a 3-7-3 record at home, where they have only failed to score twice so far.
