Liverpool struggled more than they should against Crystal Palace at home last week but did manage to record a win that gave them some much needed stability. They will now remain at home for their next match, where they will play host to Leicester. Leicester are also coming off a hard battle but came up short.

Liverpool (19-1-3) were really good in their home match against Crystal Palace but had to score two late goals in order to take a 3-4 win. That was their second consecutive after an away win at Brighton but Liverpool had lost their previous two (3-2-0 in the last five). Liverpool are still sitting at the top of the league table with 60 points, now four ahead of Manchester City who suffered a shocking loss against Newcastle and have one more match. Leicester (9-10-4) are also coming off a goal-fest, but they failed to take any points from their 3-4 away loss against Wolves. They conceded a late goal that deprived them of any points from that match, as the Foxes have now lost four of their last five. Leicester are now sitting at the 10th spot of the league table with 31 points and are pretty safe regarding the relegation .
