That loss came after a seven-match undefeated streak where the Galaxy had won six matches. They are still sitting at the 2nd spot of the Western Conference with 22 points, three ahead of Houston and Seattle but also just two behind LAFC. The Galaxy have won just once on the road so far (1-2-1).
