Two very strong teams that everyone expected to come out victorious in the Champions League premiere failed to deliver. We now have a clash between two giants on Tuesday, when Barcelona will play host to Inter Milan. Both teams will fight hard for a win that would give them the upper hand in this group.

Inter Milan should be feeling grateful they grabbed a point from the opener against Slavia Prague. Their opponents took the lead and even threatened with more goals, and Inter Milan barely managed to secure a point with a late goal. They have not been very good in international matches lately, winning just two of their last 12 and losing six of their last nine. They have also lost four of their last five against Spanish teams, with an overall record of 3-14-2.

Barcelona are coming off a goal-less draw on the road against Dortmund. They were actually pretty bad in that match and only had a single shot on target, while Dortmund missed a penalty kick and were much better. Even so, Barcelona have been tremendous at home in international matches, going undefeated in their last 32 (29-0-3). They have been great as hosts against Italian sides (17-2-6) and are undefeated in their last 13 (11-0-2).
