There are four German Cup games taking place this week, three of which offer us with some great opportunities to take advantage of the bookies. I have chosen to feature the best value bets for Schalke 04 vs. Bayern Munich, Bayer Leverkusen vs. Union Berlin, and Eintracht Frankfurt vs. Werder Bremen.

Let’s get right into it.

Schalke 04 vs. Bayern Munich – 3/3/20

Bayern Munich come into this game on a remarkable goalscoring run which has seen them score three or more goals in eight of their previous nine games in all competitions. Bayern demolished English club Chelsea in the Champions League last week before hammering Hoffenheim 6-0 last time out. On the other hand, Schalke are without a win in their last five league outings and were comprehensively beaten 3-0 by FC Koln on Saturday. Given the contrasting form of the two teams, Bayern should win this game comfortably. Add the over 3.5 goals into the mix to enhance the odds.

Pick: Bayern Munich to Win and Over 3.5 Goals – 2.30

Bayer Leverkusen vs. Union Berlin – 3/4/20

Leverkusen are unbeaten in their last seven games in all competitions and come into this game on the back of a hard-fought draw with title contenders RB Leipzig. However, both teams have scored in seven of Bayer’s previous eight matchups. Meanwhile, Union are enjoying a steady first season back in the top flight. After being Eintracht last week, the Berlin club held in-form Wolfsburg to a draw at the weekend. Union will be hopeful of upsetting the odds against Leverkusen, but it could be a tricky task. Having said that, I can see both teams getting on the scoresheet on Wednesday.

Pick: Both Teams to Score – 1.60

Eintracht Frankfurt vs. Werder Bremen – 3/4/20

Frankfurt haven’t exactly been doing well of late, but the recent form of Werder Bremen makes the home side clear favorites to win this clash. Werder have lost their last five league games and are in serious danger of relegation. With just four wins from 23 Bundesliga games this term, Bremen need to turn things around quickly to avoid the drop. Eintracht currently find themselves in the bottom half of the table, but they remain seven points clear of the bottom three. Werder’s main aim is to stay in the Bundesliga this season, so I can see Frankfurt winning this one comfortably.

Pick: Eintracht Frankfurt to Win – 1.73
