Everton at West Ham 1/18/20 - Premier League Picks & Predictions

Two sides that have severely under-performed this season will lock horns on Saturday, when West Ham will play host to Everton. West Ham have been in bad shape and have numerous injuries to deal with, while Everton have been in much better shape since the change in coach.

Everton (8-10-4) deserved the home win over Brighton last week, as they scored the only goal of the match at the 38th minute for the final 0-1. They were coming off a 1-2 away loss against Manchester City but that was their only loss in their last seven league matches (4-1-2). Everton are now sitting 11th in the Premier League with 28 points, seven ahead of the red line and six behind the top-five. They have not had it easy on the road so far (2-7-2) but have scored in 10 of their last 12 away matches.

West Ham (6-11-4) cannot stay healthy this season and are coming off yet another match where they had to make a forced change. They had to swap off their goalkeeper at the 15th minute and then conceded the only goal of the match the final 0-1. The Hammers blasted Bournemouth by a strong 0-4 at home prior to that, but that was just their second win in their last seven, losing the other five. West Ham are now sitting at the 16th spot of the league table with 22 points, just a single point above the red line. They have not been very strong at home either (3-6-1), with just one win in their last seven.
