English Premier League – Matchday 33 – Best Bets, Odds, Picks & Predictions

Newly-crowned EPL champions Liverpool will be looking bounce back from a humiliating 4-0 thrashing at the hands of Manchester City when they face relegation-threatened Aston Villa on Sunday. Meanwhile, Newcastle and West Ham go head-to-head before Spurs host Everton on Monday.

Here are this week’s best Premier League bets.

Newcastle vs. West Ham – 07/05/20

Newcastle gave returned from the unexpected lay-off in fine form, claiming seven points from a possible nine since the restart. High-scoring victories over Sheffield United (3-0) and Bournemouth (4-1) have put the Magpies in a strong position. West Ham got the better of London rivals Chelsea last time out, although recent defeats to Wolves and Tottenham mean that the Hammers remain just three points clear of the relegation zone. West Ham will put up a fight, but I expect Newcastle to maintain their superb run with another win this weekend.

Pick: Newcastle to Win – 2.70

Liverpool vs. Aston Villa – 07/05/20

Liverpool were hammered by Man City on Thursday, so manager Jurgen Klopp will be eager for his players to bounce back with a convincing performance against Aston Villa. Despite the uncharacteristic defeat, the Reds are still a whopping 20 points clear at the top. At the other end of the table, Villa are stuck in the bottom three and are running out of time to save their season. Of course, Villa will be fighting for their lives at Anfield. But I can see Liverpool responding will a resounding victory. The home win is at 1.25, so add the over 2.5 goals market into the mix to boost the odds.

Pick: Liverpool to Win and Over 2.5 Goals – 1.75

Tottenham vs. Everton – 07/06/20

It’s becoming extremely difficult to predict that outcome of Tottenham games. Spurs have been wildly inconsistent under Jose Mourinho, and that is backed up by their record of W1-D1-L1 since the resumption. Everton are slightly more predictable nowadays, but it’s difficult to know which team will come out on top here. For that reason, I like the look of the both teams to score market. Both teams have scored in six of Tottenham’s previous seven league games, so both sides are likely to get on the scoresheet at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Monday.

Pick: Both Team to Score – 1.70
