English Premier League – Matchday 32 – Best Bets, Odds, Picks & Predictions

We are not even two weeks into “Project Restart”, but we’re already beginning to see which teams have returned from the unexpected lay-off in good form. These developing trends only enhance our chances of getting the better of the bookies!

Here are the top betting picks for Matchday 32 of the 2019/20 EPL season.

Aston Villa vs. Wolverhampton Wanderers – 06/27/20

Aston Villa host Wolves for a tasty West Midlands derby on Saturday. Villa have failed to win any of their three games since the restart – drawing two and losing one. Meanwhile, Wolves have claimed back-to-back victories and have enhanced their Champions League ambitions significantly. Raul Jimenez recently became Wolves’ highest scorer in a single Premier League season, and the Mexican has now netted in four of his previous five league games, with goals in both outings since the campaign got back underway. Villa have the worst defensive record in the division, so you’d be foolish to bet against Jimenez adding to his tally this weekend.

Pick: Raul Jimenez to Score Anytime – 2.20

Crystal Palace vs. Burnley – 06/29/20

Despite being thrashed 4-0 by Liverpool last time out, Crystal Palace still have one of the best defensive records in England’s top tier. However, the Eagles have struggled to score goals throughout 2019/20. In fact, only bottom club Norwich have scored fewer goals than Palace this term. Burnley have also struggled for goals this term, but their defensive record is slightly worse than Palace’s. Given the respective records of these two sides, I don’t think this will be a high-scoring matchup. The under 2.5 goals market looks good here.

Pick: Under 2.5 Goals – 1.70

Brighton & Hove Albion vs. Manchester United – 06/30/20

An Anthony Martial hat-trick ensured that Manchester United extended their unbeaten run to 13 games in all competitions with a convincing 3-0 victory over Sheffield United on Wednesday. The Red Devils also managed to keep another clan sheet – their fifth in seven league games. Brighton are also unbeaten since the restart thanks to a victory over Arsenal and a well-earned draw with Leicester last time out. The Seagulls have been playing well of late, but Man Utd should be far too strong for the home side on Tuesday. Given United’s impressive run, the price for the away win is very attractive.

Pick: Manchester United to Win – 1.75
