Cincinnati at LAFC 4/13/19 - MLS Picks & Predictions

LAFC have truly been one of the most spectacular teams in the 2019 season in the MLS. They are coming off three consecutive wins, with their last two being two massive wins on the road. They will now look to make it four in a row when they will host newcomers Cincinnati on Saturday. Cincinnati have stood strong so far in the MLS but have not won any of their last two.

LAFC (5-0-1) are having a tremendous season so far, with five wins and a draw from their first six matches. In their last match they went on to destroy DC United by a huge 4-0 on the road, while prior to that they humiliated San Jose by 5-0 on the road again. LAFC have already scored 19 goals in six matches and are leading the MLS with 16 points. By the way, they have only conceded five goals in the process. Cincinnati (2-2-2) look really strong for an expansion team, they are much better than probably half the MLS teams. While not very flashy in their performances, Cincinnati have managed to get the job done. In their last match they split the points in a 1-1 home draw against Sporting KC, which came after a tough 2-0 home loss against Philadelphia. Cincinnati are currently sitting at the 5th spot of the league table with 8 points, just as many as Orlando City and Montreal below them.
