After recording easy wins in the FA Cup a few days ago, Tottenham and Chelsea will now clash against one another on Tuesday for the semi-finals of the Carabao Cup. Tottenham already have a win over Chelsea at home so far in the season but this time it might not be that easy.

Tottenham are coming off a spectacular win in the FA Cup against League Two side Tranmere on Friday, destroying their opponents by a massive 7-0 on the road. Oddly enough, they had scored just once in the first half. That was their second consecutive win and fourth in their last five matches in all competitions. They have also scored a whopping 22 goals in that span. Tottenham have been pretty solid at home so far (8-4-1 in all competitions) and have won six of their last seven. Chelsea had a slightly quieter evening at home against Championship side Nottingham, beating them by a slim 0-2. The Blues have been really consistent lately, losing just one of their last nine matches in all competitions and remaining undefeated in the last four (3-0-1). Moreover, they have kept three clean sheets in their last four and five in the last nine. Chelsea have won each of their last three away matches in all competitions but kept just one clean sheet in their last six.
