Swansea were destroyed in the hands of Manchester City on Sunday, but they still remain above the relegation zone in the Premier League. They are now up against an equally hard task, as they will play host to Chelsea on Saturday. Chelsea are still struggling to climb the standings, in search of a ticket to the Champions League next season.

Swansea (8-17-9) had no luck on Sunday when they visited Manchester, where they were hosted by Manchester City. They were left behind early in the match, as they were already down by two goals by the 16th minute. It was all over for Swansea, as they went on to concede three more goals in the second half. They have had a really tough time lately, as they are now win-less in their last six matches in all competitions, dropping out of the FA Cup in that span. They are now sitting at the 17th spot of the Premier League with 33 points, four points ahead of the relegation zone. Chelsea (19-9-6) are coming into this match after a somewhat comfortable 0-2 win at home against Southampton in the semi-final of the FA Cup. After a goal-less first half, Chelsea took the lead at the 46th minute with Giroud, and sealed the qualification with another goal at the 82nd minute by Morata. Chelsea also defeated Burnley last Thursday for the Premier League, and have now won three in a row in all competitions. They are still sitting at the 5th spot of the Premier League with 63 points, five points behind Tottenham. With four more matches to go, Chelsea would surely like to move up a spot, as it would grant them a ticket to the Champions League next season.
