West Ham United -0.25 (-122)
West Ham look like they are waking up and have grabbed four points in their last two matches. They will look to build an undefeated streak when they will host Burnley on Wednesday. Burnley have been quite solid after the restart and are much more comfortable in the standings.
West Ham (8-18-7) played a really good match on the road against Newcastle, but despite taking the lead twice, they eventually settled for a 2-2 draw. Prior to that they beat Chelsea by 2-3 at home. West Ham are now sitting at the 16th spot of the league table with 31 points, four ahead of the relegation zone. They have a 5-8-3 record at home and have won just two of their last seven matches in all competitions there (2-3-2).
Burnley (13-13-7) are coming off a pretty balanced, and fair, 1-1 draw at home against Sheffield United. They are now undefeated in their last three, and have lost just one of their last 11 PL matches (6-1-4). Burnley are sitting at the 9th spot of the league table with 46 points, nine behind the 5th Manchester United. They have a 5-7-4 record on the road, scoring 15 and conceding 26 goals in the process. Moreover, they have only lost one of their last five away matches (3-1-1).
Burnley won easily by 0-3 in the first round and have now lost just one of their last five matches against West Ham (3-1-1). However, West Ham have been better as hosts against Burnley (5-2-3). The hosts need the win here and I am backing them up.
