Leicester saw their winning streak come to an end in their last match before the break. They will now look to bounce back to winning ways when they will host Burnley on Saturday. Burnley were in really good shape before the break and can only hope that nothing has changed.
Burnley (3-2-3) did a great job in their last match, but struggled a bit in order to overcome Everton by 0-1 at home. They scored the only goal of the match at the 72nd minute and remained undefeated for the fourth consecutive match (2-0-2). Burnley are now sitting at the 7th spot of the league table with 12 points, two behind Chelsea, Crystal Palace and Leicester. They have been really hard to beat on the road (0-1-3), with all four matches featuring goals for both sides.
Leicester (4-2-2) will be frustrated about the way they lost against Liverpool before the break, as they conceded a late penalty kick at the 5th minute of stoppage time to lose by 1-2. That loss came after three consecutive wins in all competitions. Even so, Leicester are now sitting at the 4th spot of the league table with 14 points, one behind Arsenal and two behind Manchester City. They have been really strong at home so far (3-0-1), scoring 10 and conceding just two goals.
