Brighton (7-10-5) are coming off a hard-fought home match against Liverpool where they eventually lost by 1-0. They failed to record a single shot on the opposing target and conceded the only goal of the match from the penalty spot. That loss put an end to their four-match undefeated streak (2-0-2). Brighton are currently sitting at the 13th spot of the league table with 26 points, eight ahead of the relegation zone. But they have not been very solid on the road so far (2-7-2), keeping just a single clean sheet in the process.
