Bournemouth are in quite the difficult spot after losing each of their last two matches, and now need a miracle in order to avoid the relegation. They will be hosted by Everton on Sunday, who are coming off a win but have literally nothing to play for.

Everton (13-14-10) are coming off a really uninspiring match on the road against Sheffield United, where they scored the only goal of the match at the start of the second half for the final 1-0 win. They have been in poor form lately and that win put an end to their four-match win-less streak (0-2-2). Everton are now sitting at the 11th spot of the league table with 49 points, 15 ahead of the red line but also ten behind the European spots. They have been quite competitive at home so far (8-3-7) and are undefeated in their last ten home matches in all competitions (5-0-5).

Bournemouth (8-22-7) were no match for the visiting Southampton last week, where they lost by 2-0. Their opponents also missed a penalty kick in-between their two goals, while Bournemouth also had a disallowed goal at the 95th minute. They have been horrible for quite a while now, and have won just one of their last 12 matches (1-9-2). It is no wonder that they are sitting at the penultimate spot with 31 points, three behind Watford and Aston Villa. They need a win here, combined with the losses of both those teams in order to avoid the relegation.
