Bayern Munich at FC Augsburg 1/20/21 - Bundesliga Picks & Predictions

Bayern Munich bounced back after two bad losses and will now look to make it two in a row when they will be hosted by Augsburg on Wednesday. Augsburg are coming off back to back losses and have not been very good lately.

Augsburg (5-7-4) were nothing special on the road against Werder Bremen, but conceded two goals in a three minute span to eventually lose by 0-2. They have now lost four of their last five matches in all competitions (1-4-0), also dropping out of the German Cup in the process. They have not been very good at home either (2-4-2), scoring nine and conceding 15 in the process.

Bayern Munich (11-2-3) scored a goal in each half to beat the visiting Freiburg by 1-2 in their last match. Prior to that they met a shocking loss (and elimination) in the German Cup by a Bundesliga 2 team. That leaves them with no clean sheets in their last seven matches in all competitions. Even so, Bayern Munich are still sitting at the top of the Bundesliga with 36 points, scoring 48 and conceding 25 goals in the process. They have a 5-2-1 record on the road, scoring 18 and conceding 14 goals.
