AFC Bournemouth at Newcastle United 11/9/19 - Premier League Picks & Predictions

Two teams that are coming off wins last week in the Premier League will lock horns on Saturday, when Newcastle will host Bournemouth. Newcastle did a great job on the road against West Ham, but Bournemouth did an even better job when they beat Manchester United.

Bournemouth (4-3-4) played a really balanced match at home against Manchester United last week, where they scored the only goal of the match at the end of the first half for the final 0-1. They have been in quite solid shape lately, losing just one of their last five (1-3-1). Bournemouth are currently sitting at the 7th spot of the league table with 16 points, just one behind Arsenal and the top-five. Bournemouth have a decent 2-2-1 record on the road but have not scored in their last three (0-2-1).

Newcastle (3-5-3) were tremendous in their away match against West Ham last week, where they took a three-goal lead. They did concede twice in the second half but successfully captured the three points. They have not been very consistent lately (2-2-1), keeping just one clean sheet. Newcastle are sitting at the 15th spot of the Premier League with 12 points, four ahead of the red line. They have not been very bad at home so far (1-1-3), where all their matches featured Under 2.5 Goals.
