AC Milan at Lazio 2/26/19 - Coppa Italia Picks & Predictions

Lazio could not have been in worse shape coming into the Coppa Italia semi-final against Milan. They have lost three in a row and also saw their Europa League run come to an end a few days ago. The two teams will now clash in Rome for the first leg of the Cup semi-finals and AC Milan are rubbing their hands.

Lazio turned out to be no match for Sevilla in the round of 32 of the Europa League. They were bad at home and lost by 1-0, and also lost on the road by 0-2 to bow out of the competition. In between those two matches they also lost a league match against Genoa by 1-2 on the road. Lazio have lost three in a row and have won just two of their last eight matches in all competitions (2-5-1). In the previous round of the Cup they overcame Inter Milan in the penalties. AC Milan have been in stunning form lately and are currently on a seven-match undefeated run, also winning their last three (5-0-2). In their last match they scored three second half goals against Empoli for a nice 0-3 at home. In the previous round of the Cup, AC Milan were effective in a 0-2 home win over Napoli. They have been really hard to beat on the road lately, losing just one of their last nine away matches in domestic competitions (3-1-6).
