The Winnipeg Jets will travel to Minnesota to take on the Wild in a matchup between two teams with big playoff aspirations. The Winnipeg Jets come into this game with a 9-6-4 record sitting in fourth place in the Central Division. Minnesota is 12-6-1 on the season so far sitting in first place in the Central Division.

The Jets are on a four game losing streak having been taken down by Columbus, Pittsburgh, Vancouver, and Edmonton. The Penguins game was at home in Winnipeg where Pittsbugh was victorious 3-1.

Kyle Connor leads the way for the Jets. Connor has 22 points on the season with 12 goals and 10 assists. Andrew Copp is leading in assists with 11. In the Crease, Connor Hellenbuyck leads the Jets with a 6-4-4 record and a 2.54 goals against average. Hellenbuyck has a save percentage of .921.

Cam Talbot leads the way in the net for Minnesota. Cam is 10-5-0 with a 2.87 goals against average and a save percentage of .909. Kirill Kaprizov leads the Wild in points at 18 with five goals, and 13 assists. Ryan Hartman leads Minnesota in goals with 10 so far.

Both teams have minor injury problems. Veteran Paul Stastny is out for this game for the Jets and defenseman Jared Spurgeon will be out for the Minnesota Wild.

Minnesota is scoring on average almost four goals per game but haven't faced many goalies the caliber of Connor Helembuyck.  The Wild are also allowing almost four goals per game which is why I see a road upset coming for the Jets. Final Score Prediction, Winnipeg Jets win 4-3.
