Dallas is struggling on the year and playing in back to back nights against what has shaped up to be 2 decent teams does not help the Stars. What really did not help the Stars is the loss they had against the Blue Jackets. That was a game that the Stars defense played extremely sloppy and allowed some Blue Jackets goals that should have been stopped fairly quickly and easily, but the Stars were not able to step up to the ice.

Those games were not even the ones that the Flyers had a good chance of winning on the year and definitely had some issues looking like they could be seen as a threat, but also showed the defensive shortcomings in the games for the Flyers who allowed the Oilers to get a total of 6 goals.
