The Dallas Stars have been able to play really well on the year and are 9 points behind the Blues in the standings. However, the Stars have posted a 26-15-4 record on the season so far. The last game on the ice for the Stars was a 2-1 loss to the San Jose Sharks.

Roope Hintz has ended up getting a total of 15 goals on the year. Tyler Seguin has ended up getting 24 assist overall, but has ended up getting 35 points overall. The defense for the Stars has allowed what has been a very low 2.33 goals a game.

Colorado has ended up getting a 25-15-5 record this season. However, what is really impressive is the fact that the Avalanche are sitting in 3rd place in the Central Division and have not looked that bad at all this year. In the last game the Avalanche ended up losing to Pittsburgh by a score of 4-3.

Nathan MacKinnon has ended up getting a total of 27 goals on the year with 39 assist, but is among the top scorers in the NHL this year with 66 points overall. The defense for the Avalanche have allowed a total of 2.96 goals a game.

The Avalanche are playing at home in this game and even with the home ice advantage the Avs have struggled a lot in the recent games. Look for those struggles to continue in the game here as the Avalanche are not really able to play that great offensively in the game against what has been a shutdown defense from Dallas. Final Score Prediction, Dallas Stars win 2-1.
