San Jose has not been that  good on the year and finds themselves in second to last place in the Pacific Division this year. The Sharks have ended up with a 24-28-4 record on the year so far. The last game on the ice for San Jose was a 6-2 loss to the Calgary Flames.

Evander Kane has done decent for the Sharks scoring a total of 21 goals on the year. Erik Karlsson has managed to get 34 assist and 40 points overall. The offense for San Jose has managed to get only 2.59 goals a game, but the defense is horrible giving up 3.32 goals a game.

This year the Jets have managed to play all over the place on the year. The Jets currently are sitting in 4th place in the Central Division, but are only 5 points out of last place and 10 points out of first place. Winnipeg does have a 29-24-5 record on the year. In the last game the Jets ended up picking up a 4-1 loss to the New York Rangers.

Kyle Connor has been one of the more impressive players for the Jets on the year. Connor has put in a total of 28 goals and 59 points total. The assist leader for the Jets is actually Mark Scheifele who has put in 36 assist on the year. The Jets have ended up with 2.95 goals a game on the year, but the defense has allowed only 3.02 goals per game.

Winnipeg has been playing all over the place this season, but for the most part have been consistent in how the Winnipeg club has played. With the Sharks, the team has had a lot of problems and while the Sharks have been consistent, it is not the type of consistent play that the Sharks want as the Sharks are consistently losing. Look for the Jets who are at home and playing good in the game to bring home a solid win in the game. Final Score Prediction, Winnipeg Jets win 3-1.
