San Jose is still near the basement of the Pacific Division with a 21-23-4 record on the year. The Sharks have a total of 46 points which is 5 over the Kings, but still 8 behind the Golden Knights. The last game for San Jose was a 6-3 loss to the Arizona Coyotes.

Evander Kane has managed to find the back of the net 18 times this year. When it comes to finding the open man Erik Karlsson has ended up getting 29 assist this year and Logan Couture has been able to get 36 points overall for the Sharks. The Sharks defense has allowed only 3.23 goals a game.

The Avalanche have to figure out how to win and break their 4 straight losses on the year. The Avalanche have posted a 25-15-6 record on the year and are in 3rd place in the Central Division. The Avalanche have a total of 56 points and are only 2 points back from the Stars.

Nathan MacKinnnon has been able to get 27 goals overall, but also has managed to get 39 assist on the season. This has led to the Avalanche getting a total of 66 points on the year so far. When it comes to playing  defense the Avalanche have been very impressive with 2.96 goals a game allowed.

The Avalanche are playing great on the year so far and will eventually break the losing streak. That will definitely come in this game here as the Avalanche are playing below their talent level lately and against the Sharks and at home the defense for Colorado will finally come to life. Look for the Colorado defense to do really well in the game here and keep the Sharks at bay to bring home the win and break their losing skid. Final Score Prediction,  Colorado Avalanche win and cover the puck line 4-2.
