With Ottawa they are coming back after playing against the Red Wings on Tuesday night. Granted, it is not that challenging of a game for the Senators, it will be a game that can be difficult as the Senators and the Red Wings are almost exactly the same when it comes to the talent that is on the ice at any given point in time.

When playing on the offensive side of the puck the Senators have ended up getting a total of 2.75 goals a game but have converted on the power play only at a clip of 8.8% this season. The defense for the Senators has allowed 3.25 goals a game on the year and have killed off 82.1% of the opponents power plays.

Montreal is heading into the game here after playing the Blue Jackets on Tuesday night. However, what else the Canadiens have going for them is the fact that the team has managed to play decent lately, but have a point to make after losing to the Devils a couple of games back. The loss did drop the Canadiens record to 11-5-4 record.

When it comes to scoring the Canadiens have managed to get 3.50 goals a game on the year. The Canadiens have done decent on the power play converting at a clip of 20.3% this year. The defense for the Canadiens is giving up 3.05 goals a game and have killed off 71.9% of the opponents power plays this year.

The Canadiens are looking to bounce back after losing their game to the Devils. At the same time, though, the Canadiens would like to be able to show that the loss was a fluke and the Canadiens are able to bounce back from the loss. The Senators for their part have not been that strong offensively on the year and that will make a difference in the game here. Final Score Prediction, Montreal Canadiens win 4-2.
