The Coyotes are coming into the game here to face the Nashville Predators in the game here for the qualifying games. However, one thing that the Coyotes do have going for them is the fact that the defense has played good, but the offense is flat. The Predators for their part are coming in with a team that was very inconsistent in the regular season and it could definitely show up in the game here.

Leading the offense for the Coyotes is Nick Schmaltz who put in 45 points, but ended up with 34 assist as well. The goal leader for the Coyotes was Cconor Garland who ended up with 22 goals. The Predators were led by Roman Josi with 65 points and 49 assist on the year. The goal leader for the Predators was Filip Forsberg who put in 21 goals.

The goalie for the Coyotes may be Darcy Kuemper who was the injured starter for the team. Kuemper posted a 16-11-2 record while allowing 2.22 goals a game and saving 92.8% of the shots that have been sent towards him.

The Predators could start Pekka Rinne or Juuse Saros. Saros was the better goalie in the regular season with a 17-12-4 record. Saros allowed only 2.70 goals per game, but ended up saving 91.4% of the shots that were sent towards him.

With this game it will actually be more of a defensive battle in the game. The game will end up going towards the Coyotes in the game as the Coyotes have the better defensive goalie if Kuemper is able to come back and play at the same level. Even if Kuemper is not able to come back at full strength the Coyotes have a good and consistent offense that will bring home the win. Final Score prediction, Arizona Coyotes win 2-1.
