The Predators have been one of the top teams on the year and they should be able to keep that same position in this game here. The Predators are actually getting close to catching up to the Jets as well, which will give the Predators something to work for in this game here. The Predators are only a point behind the Jets and after picking up a couple of wins in a row the Preds have some momentum as well.

Pekka Rinne is the goalie who has been able to lead the Predators in winning from the net with 19 wins. Rinne has been able to get a total of 91.4% of the shots saved, but has been able to get a 2.47 goals against average as well.
The Blues have fought their way up to potentially making the playoffs as they are only 2 wins away from the Dallas Stars. However, facing the Predators in this game will make it hard for the Blues to get those wins, but even then the Blues still have some time to catch the Stars. What else will help the Blues is the fact they are coming into this game here with a 4 game winning streak with one of those wins coming over the best team in the NHL, the Lightning.

Jake Allen has shown up big for the Blues this year as he has managed to snag 15 wins for the Blues this year. He has saved only 89.7% of the shots sent his way and has a 3.04 goals against average on the season.

The Blues have quite a bit of momentum coming into this game and the 1-0 win over the Lightning in overtime will help the Blues out as well. The Predators have had to fight for their wins recently and that has led to longer shift times for the bigger lines and that is going to show in this game as the Predators try to rest some of the better lines, but fall behind in the game. Final Score Prediction, Saint Louis Blues win 2-1.
