The Pittsburgh Penguins look for their second consecutive victory on Wednesday when playing the Montreal Canadiens in Game 3 of their best-of-five qualifying series. The Penguins bounced back from a loss in Game 1 with a 3-1 victory in Game 2. Sidney Crosby, Jake Guentzel and Jason Zucker each scored a goal for the Penguins in the victory.

Sidney Crosby is leading Pittsburgh goal scoring in the playoffs with two goals, while Jake Guentzel is the assist leader with two and the points leader with three. In net, Matt Murray is 1-1-0 with a goals against average of 1.79 and save percentage of .935.

Montreal did not score in Game 2 until late in the third period. Canadiens goaltender Carey Price played well throughout the game stopping Kris Letang on two occasions at point-blank range. Price made 35 saves in net for the Canadians in the loss, while Jesperi Kotkaniemi scored Montreal's lone goal at 17:50 of the third period.

Jesperi Kotkaniemi is the leading goal scorer for Montreal in the playoffs with two and is the points leader with two. Jeff Petry is tied with five other players on Montreal for the assists lead with one each. In net, Carey Price is 1-1-0 with a goals against of 1.82 and save percentage of .949.

This will be a low-scoring playoff matchup and the UNDER is a solid choice but to play here is Pittsburgh. The Penguins have won nine of their last 13 head-to-head with Montreal and although the Penguins won by just a 3-1 margin in game Game 2, Pittsburgh dominated the play and Montreal remained closed only because of the fine performance in net by Carey Price. Final Score Prediction, Pittsburgh Penguins win 4-1.
