Winnipeg comes here after getting a 4-3 win in the last game over Ottawa. The win pushed the Jets to a 23-13-3 record. Montreal is coming here after playing the Maple Leafs on Wednesday night. The previous game for Montreal was a 3-2 win over the Oilers which moved the Canadiens to a 17-9-9 record.

Winnipeg is missing Blake Wheeler in the game here as he is listed day to day. The Canadiens will mis Eric Staal who is on injured reserve. The Montreal team is potentially missing Brendan Gallagher who is listed out as of April 5th.

The Jets have put in 3.21 goals per game, but have allowed only 2.69 goals per game. The Jets have ended up converting at 25.9% on the year and ended up killing off 80% of the power plays on the season so far.

Montreal has managed to get a total of 21.4% of the power plays converted on the year. The penalty kill for the Canadiens have ended up killing off 76.1% of the power plays. When it comes to goal scoring the Montreal team has scored 3.14 goals per game, but the defense has allowed 2.58 goals per game.

Look for the game here to be a battle, but the fact that Wheeler is potentially out for the Jets it could make it harder for the Jets to win. However, Montreal is coming in after playing in back to back games and that means Montreal will be tired and unable to play as strong as normal here which leads to the Jets getting the win. Final Score Prediction, Winnipeg Jets win 4-3.
