After picking up a win in the first round of the conference finals the Bruins are looking to pick up a second win and take a commanding 2-0 lead in the series. The problem for the Bruins could come from the fact that they were fairly well contained by the Hurricanes in the last game until it seemed that the hard play the Bruins were putting forth took control over the game. However, it did leave a lot of fans wondering if the Bruins would be called for any penalties in the game. Petr Mrazek was in net for the Hurricanes in the game and he only faced a total of 27 shots in the game. Out of those 27 shots he would allow 4 of them to slip by him and get into the net. However, he was pulled for the extra attacker a little bit later in the game and the Bruins would score the fifth and final goal of the game.

Tukka Rask was the goalie the Bruins sent out to the net in the game and he did like his normal type of play as he was able to turn away 31 shots that were sent towards him. He did end up getting a save during a power play as well, which was a rare occasion for the Hurricanes in the game as the Bruins were not heavily penalized in the game.

The Bruins are playing some strong hockey in the playoffs lately and seem to have the Hurricanes outmatched in the series. However, the Bruins are playing a very physical game and that start to spell some disaster for the Bruins if the Hurricanes start to respond as the Bruins have been bruising for the last couple of games of the Blue Jackets series as well, which means fatigue could set in quickly. Final Score Prediction, Carolina Hurricanes win 4-2.
