Flames at Stars 10/10/19 - NHL Picks & Predictions

The Flames are coming into the game here after losing a heart breaking game to Los Angeles. The game ended up being an over time loss, but it was a battle the Flames were very close in and almost won the game. Even in the loss, though, the Flames were able to showcase a lot of the talent they have on the roster and that should definitely help the team out on the upcoming year.

As would be expected the Flames were able to rely on Johnny Gaudreau to lead the team offensively this year. He managed to get a total of 2 goals this year, but has 4 assist already and has gained 6 points total this season.

The Stars finally managed to pick up a win on the year. The Stars were able to win their first game over Washington on the road and it was a struggle for the Stars to get the win as the team ended up winning 4-3. What is really impressive for the Stars is the way the team managed to play well enough to overcome the pressure of the Capitals offense. Roope Hintz is the player the Stars have come to rely on this year for the scoring. He has managed to get a total of 3 goals on the year and does lead the team in points as well with 3 points. Mattias Janmark is the player who has been able to lead the Stars in assist as he ended up getting 2 assist on the year.
