The Edmonton Oilers will travel to Arizona Wednesday for a back to back second leg against the Arizona Coyotes at Gila River Arena. Edmonton will be coming off a game the evening before against the Dallas Stars. The Oilers are off to an amazing start at 13-4-0 so far while the opposite has happened for Arizona at 4-13-2.

The Oilers are led by Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl. McDavid is leading the team in assists at 20, 12 of which came on the power play. Draisaitl is leading Edmonton in goals at 18. Nine on the power play and has 58 shots on goal this year.

The Arizona Coyotes have been a dumpster fire so far this season. The leading goal scorer in Arizona is Lawson Crouse with five on the entire year so far. Shayne Gostisbehere is the only real bright spot for the Coyotes having 14 total points, one of the only players in Arizona without a negative plus minus rating at zero.

The Coyotes have used four goaltenders already this season, and the starter they use the most is 1-9-1 on the season in Karel Vejmelka with a 3.06 goals against average and a .905 save percentage, one of the worst in the NHL of goalies who have played as many games.

If goaltending was the only problem for the Coyotes, I may say they have a shot in this game because of Edmonton playing its second game in two nights, but the firepower of McDavid and Draisaitl should easily get by Arizona. Final Score Prediction, Edmonton Oilers win and cover 5-2.
