Coyotes at Capitals 11/11/19 - NHL Picks & Predictions

The Arizona Coyotes have the defense that could end up slowing down the Washington Capitals offense. However, it will be a challenge for the Coyotes defense for sure as the Capitals are one of the best offensive teams in the NHL.  The downside is the Coyotes are looking to bounce back after losing 3 straight games. Those three losses dropped the Coyotes to a 9-6-2 record on the year.

Conor Garland is the leading goal scorer for the Coyotes with a total of 7 goals. Nick Schmaltz has managed to get a total of 10 assist and 14 points overall. The Coyotes defense has allowed 2.31 goals a game on the year.

With the Capitals the team is coming in after picking up a big win over the Golden Knights in their last game. The Capitals won the game by a score of 5-2 and it was just another added win over good teams for the Capitals. The Capitals on the year have extended their record in the Metro to 13-2-3 and have a total of 29 points on the year.

Alex Ovechkin was able to put in a total of 13 goals on the year. The big surprise for the Capitals is the play of John Carlson who has managed to get 18 assist on the year with 26 points overall. The Capitals on the defensive side of the puck are giving up only 3.12 goals a game.
