Ottawa lost its fifth straight on Monday falling to the Columbus Blue Jackets 6-3. The Senators gave up five goals in the third period in a game that was tied 1-1 entering the final stanza. Ryan Dzingel led Ottawa in the loss with a pair of goals, while Bobby Ryan scored one.
Elias Pettersson leads the Canucks in goals scored with 19, in assists with 20 and points with 39. Goaltender Jacob Markstrom is 16-10-3 with a goal’s against average of 2.80 and .910 save percentage. Vancouver is 17th in goals scored per game at 2.93 and 21st in goals against at 3.12.
Mark Stone leads Ottawa in goals scored with 18 and points with 43. Thomas Chabot leads in assists with 28. Goalie Craig Anderson is 14-13-3 with a goals against average of 3.58 and a .905 save percentage. Ottawa is 11th in goals scored per game at 3.15 and 31st in goals against at 3.98.
