On Thursday, the Vancouver Canucks look for their fourth straight victory when they visit the defending Stanley Cup Champion St. Louis Blues. Vancouver won its third straight with a 5-1 victory at home over the Detroit Red Wings. J.T. Miller scored twice and Elias Pettersson and Alex Edler both scored one goal and added two assists apiece, as the Canucks used the power-play to their advantage.

The Blues lost to the New York Islanders 3-2 in overtime on Monday for their second straight loss. St. Louis led 2-0 late in the final period, but allowed two late goals and was forced to overtime where the momentum continued in the Islanders favor. Vladimir Tarasenko and Brayden Schenn gave the Blues their 2-0 lead, before squandering it and losing in OT.

Brandon Sutter leads the Canucks in goals scored with two, while J.T. Miller is the leader in assists with four and points with five. In net, Jacob Markstrom is 2-2-0 with goals against of 2.23 and saves percentage of .926. Vancouver is scoring an average of 340 goals per game while allowing an average of 2.20 per game.

Look for the Blues to lock down the Canucks offense and win this in a low scoring game. Final Score Prediction, St. Louis Blues win 3-1
