The Bruins fell behind in the game against the Maple Leafs in what can be considered a very controversial call. However, the Bruins are a team that has had their back against the wall quite a bit this season and had to battle back in the regular season to reach the playoffs. Now, though, the way the Maple Leafs defense was able to show up in the last game it could be a challenge for the Bruins to overcome the way the team was playing and definitely will be a major problem for the Bruins as they have struggled a lot lately in the scoring department. In the last game, a 2-1 loss for the Bruins, the team saw Rask show up huge in the game. Rask was able to make 25 saves in the game, but did not have the offensive support he needed to have in the game. He faced a total of 27 shots, but what was really bad and a telling sign as to the Bruins struggles was the fact that Rask had to turn away 3 shorthanded shots.

Frederik Andersen was able to lead the Maple Leafs to their 3rd win from the net. He also had some shorthanded saves as he had to turn the puck away from the net 5 times. However, he did have a total of 28 saves in the game, but only faced a total of 29 shots to gain the win for the Maple Leafs.
