The Blues have reached the point in the series they were trying to avoid. The Blues are now in a must win game and to make it even worse the Blues play the must win game in Dallas and while the Blues had not lost on the road in the playoffs until the last game, the Blues have to go back to the place that saw them get controlled in the game and that could definitely prove to be a problem for the Blues as they played very flat in the last loss to the Stars.

With the Stars, the team has looked really good and definitely looks like they have figured out what is making the Blues tick. However, it will be a battle in this game here as the Blues will be trying to avoid getting eliminated from the playoffs. The one thing the Stars do have going for them was the way they were able to control the Blues in the past couple of games and definitely know how to get the puck past Binnington. When it comes to the game stats in the last game the Blues had 39 shots, which was impressive, but only managed to get 1 goal. The Stars were a lot better on the shooting as they ended up getting 27 shots in the game with 2 goals. The Blues were even better on the faceoff draws with 33 won compared to the 31 the Stars were able to win. Not only that the Blues had fewer penalty minutes in the game with only 4 minutes in the box compared to the 8 minutes the Stars had. Shockingly the Blues were the team that had more hits at 30 hits to the Stars getting 14 hits.
