The Saint Louis Blues have completed the bounce back from the losses they had early on this season. The Blues are now sitting in 3rd placein the Central Division and that is going to be great for the team to get the playoff berth. What else will help the Blues out quite a bit is the fact the team has managed to go 9-1 in the last 10 games they have played.

Leading the winning charge for the Blues has been Jake Allen in the net for most of the games. Allen has been able to pick up 16 wins on the year, but has a 3.07 goals against average and an 89.8% of the shots saved.
The Avalanche for their part finally picked up a win to break their 8 game losing streak. The downside is that has the Avs sitting at 2-8 in the last 10 and some of those were against teams they should have easily beaten. However, the Avalanche are also a team that has been able to play horrible since they had a very good winning streak to start the season off.

Semyon Varlamov is the player who the Avalanche have had pick up the most wins for them in net this year. Varlamov has been able to get 14 wins on the season, but has a 2.93 goals against average, but has turned away 90.5% of the shots sent his way.

The Avalanche have struggled offensively in the losing skid and while the offense was able to show up in the last game, the struggles will continue again here. Look for the Avalanche to struggle against Allen and the Blues defense, but also struggle to stop the Blues offense. Final Score Prediction, Saint Louis Blues win 3-1.
