With Pittsburgh the Penguin were fairly consistent in how they managed to play on the year before the coronavirus pause. The main factor that the Penguins is the fact that they were never really able to push themselves towards the top and mainly hung around the third spot in most of the season. However, unlike some of the top teams the Penguins did not start off slowly at all.

Leading the scoring for the Penguins was Evgeni Malkin who put in enough effort to get a total of 74 points on the year. When it came to passing Malkin led the Penguins in assist with a total of49. The goal leader for the Penguins was Bryan Rust who ended up getting 27 goals scored.

The goalies that are taking the net for the Penguins has been Matt Murray who played in 38 games. Murray posted a 20-11-5 record with 2.87 goals a game allowed. With the save percentage Murray ended up saving 89.9% of the shots. The other goalie for the Penguins is Tristan Jarry who played in 33 games and posted a 20-12-1 record. Jarry ended up allowing only 2.43 goals a game and saved 92.1% of the shots.

With the Penguins the chance of winning the Stanley Cup in this very odd season are potentially high. The Penguins are one team that definitely has a good chance of looking great on the year as they were consistent all year. The Penguins did not end up having any problems like a lot of the teams as well with how they struggled. Look for the Penguins to play consistent and with the pause they could potentially get quite a few players back from injury.
