Through sixteen games, Minnesota ranked 11th in total offense and scored 23.9 points on average. Philadelphia is aggressive on defense, ranking 4th in yards allowed and giving up 18.4 points per game during the regular season.
The Philadelphia Eagles have won eight of their nine home games entering this contest and are playing without star QB Carson Wentz, who threw for 3,296 yards and 33 touchdowns before injuring his knee. On Saturday, Philadelphia leaned on their defense during a crucial late game stand to earn a 15-10 home victory over Atlanta. The Eagles outgained the Falcons by a 334-281 margin and were able to overcome two turnovers on the day.

For the season, Philadelphia ranked 7th in total offense and averaged 28.6 points per contest. Minnesota counters with a defense that ranked first in yards allowed and gave up a league best 15.8 points per game.

Minnesota FS Andrew Sendejo suffered a concussion in Sunday’s victory and is listed as week-to-week. Two of the top four defenses in the league will be on display in this game. Look for both quarterbacks to try to avoid the big mistake and for this game to stay under the total. Final Score Prediction, Minnesota Vikings win and cover ATS 17-13.
