The NFL is coming to this week after a very odd week. Their was multiple teams that did not cover that should have been able to cover. However, there are also teams that did end up getting the upset in the game and that should be a strong indicator at how level this season is. Look for this week to not disappoint as we are looking at the Bengals at Washington in the first part of the parlay, but the second part of the parlay features the Eagles who were on an upswing against a Browns team that is playing great football.
Cincinnati Bengals at Washington, WAS -1 ; O/U 46.5
The Bengals recently lost their game to the Steelers by getting blown out in the game. Now, the Bengals do have a chance to pick up a win in this game against a struggling Washington football team. The Bengals have a decent quarterback that has been settled into the position and looks poised on the season. Now, the Washington team is looking all over the place on the year and their quarterback position is unsettled. Look for the Washington team to put up a fight in the game, but the Bengals offensive power, what little bit there is will be what makes the difference and allows Cincinnati to pull off the upset.

Philadelphia Eagles at Cleveland Browns, CLE -3.5 ; O/U 45
The Eagles have to figure out what went wrong after losing their last game to the Giants. The loss was one which the Eagles should have been able to avoid, but the defensive collapse for Philadelphia allowed the Giants to put in 27 points and with the weak offensive effort the Eagles were unable to respond. The Browns come in after picking up a narrow win over the Texans, but it was a windy and rainy day in the game and that will definitely make it difficult to see the Eagles pulling out the win in this game.
