Two Team Football Parlay - Thursday 10/12/20

Last Updated: 11/11/2020 at 11:47 PM ET

Our two-team parlay today features an NFL Thursday Night Football showdown and a college football clash in the Mountain West Conference when the Indianapolis Colts visit the Tennessee Titans in an AFC South matchup while the Colorado State Rams are on the road against the Boise State Broncos in the MWC.

Indianapolis Colts at Tennessee Titans: TEN -2; Total 48.5

Two tough defenses meet on Thursday when the Colts visit the Titans. The total has taken a downward movement after opening in many sportsbooks at 50.5 and dropping to a current 48.5. While the Colts may not be the top defensive team that their numbers indicate, Indianapolis is giving up 24 points per game over the last three and has intercepted 11 passes this season. The Colts secondary has allowed only 23 passes of 20 or more yards and just two passes of 40-plus yards. Tennessee will come out running the ball with the NFL's second leading rusher Derrick Henry. The Titans have been very conservative both on the ground and through the air as Tennessee is averaging just 6.9 yards per pass attempt. The passing approach of dumps to the flats and over the middle, coupled with plenty of running by Derrick Henry keeps the clock ticking and bodes well for the UNDER. Take the UNDER to cash on Thursday as both defenses hold the score low.

1st Part of NFL/CFB Parlay: under 48.5

Colorado Rams at Boise State Broncos: BSU -14; Total 62

Boise State was beaten 51-17 last week at home by the BYU Cougars, while Colorado State defeated Wyoming 34-24. Starting quarterback Hank Bachmeier has missed each of the last two games for Boise State due to an undisclosed injury. However, USC transfer Jack Sears stepped and played well leading the Broncos to a victory over Air Force before a concussion knocked him out of the game in the first quarter against BYU. Both Bachmeier and Sears are questionable for Thursday's game with Colorado State. The Rams do not have the offense that BYU does, but behind quarterback Patrick O'Brien will put much pressure on a Boise State defense that gave up 51 points to the Cougars. The Rams covered the number as 13.5-point dogs versus the Broncos last November and whether or not Bachmeier or Sears plays for Boise State, the Rams will cover the nut again on Thursday. Take the double digits and the road dog to cover.
