NRG Stadium will play host to a Monday night NFL meeting between the Tennessee Titans and Houston Texans. The Titans have split their first ten games and trail Houston by two full games for the AFC South Division lead. On Sunday, Tennessee surrendered the first 24 points in the first half of a 38-10 road loss at Indianapolis. The Titans turned the ball over twice and were out-gained by a 397-263 margin on the afternoon.

Houston features a terrorizing defense that ranks seventh in yards allowed and gives up 20.5 points per contest. The Houston Texans lost three straight games to start the season and questions about head coach Bill O’Brien’s job security were everywhere. Lamar Miller rushed 20 times for 86 yards for the Texans.

For the season, Houston ranks 13th in total offense and is scoring 23.9 points per game. Tennessee has been solid on a defense that ranks 9th in yards allowed and gives up 18.9 points per contest.
