Tennessee Titans at Baltimore Ravens 8/11/22 - NFL Preseason Picks & Predictions

M&T Bank Stadium will play host to a Thursday night preseason NFL battle between the Tennessee Titans and the Baltimore Ravens. The Titans are coming off a 12-win season for head coach Mike Vrabel and were eliminated by Cincinnati in the divisional round. QB Ryan Tannehill threw three interceptions in that loss and his two top receivers (A.J. Brown and Julio Jones) departed in the offseason. 

With the offense in transition, Tennessee will look to lean on a defense that ranked second in the league against the run. The Titans return plenty on that side of the ball, including LB Harold Landry, who recorded 12 sacks a season ago.

The Baltimore Ravens will be looking to bounce back after a disappointing eight win season in 2021. For the Ravens to return to the postseason, QB Lamar Jackson must improve on a 16 touchdown to 13 interception ratio. Baltimore ranked third in the league with 146 rushing yards per game, but lost leading WR Marquise Brown in a trade to Arizona.

The Ravens have been one of the elite defenses in the league over the last few years, but were decimated by injuries in their secondary. Baltimore addressed this area by signing S Marcus Williams and adding S Kyle Hamilton in the first round.
