Tampa Bay re-signed running back Leonard Fournette, who will share duties in the backfield with Ronald Jones II.

On defense, Tampa Bay re-signed tackle Ndamukong Suh which completed the full 11 starters returning for the Bucs defense. Lavonte David, who started at inside linebacker last season for Tampa Bay also re-signed with the Bucs and he and Suh are important contributors to the defense. Shaq Barrett also re-signed for Tampa Bay giving the Buccaneers an outstanding edge rusher.

Jason Pierre-Paul will combine with Barrett to create havoc for opposing quarterbacks. Vita Vea missed over half of last season but his return will give the interior line of the Buccaneers a legitimate run-stopper. David will be joined at linebacker by Devin White, while the secondary will be led by cornerbacks Jamel Dean, Calton Davis and Sean-Murphy-Bunting. The leading safeties for Tampa Bay are Antoine Winfield Jr and Jordan Whitehead giving Tampa Bay a defensive backfield that is all less than 25 years of age.

Tampa Bay has a win total of 11.5 and the Buccaneers will easily surpass that total. The defending Super Bowl champions return all 22 starters including veteran Quarterback Tom Brady who will have plenty of targets to throw to. The Tampa Bay defense has one of football's youngest secondaries and a talented linebacker corps and line. The Buccaneers edge rushers led by Jason Pierre-Paul and Shaq Barrett will create havoc for opposing pass protectors and quarterbacks. Final Win Total Prediction, over 11.5.
